City engineers, ABONMARCHE, have generated a Comprehensive Asset Management Plan & Capitol Improvement Plan of the city roadway, sanitary, storm, and water utilities. The plan was presented at a public workshop on November 20th to the city council members and the public. The plan is a working document and subject to change.

A new system has been implemented for customers to pay city invoices online. Invoices may be paid electronically or over the phone by calling, 269-367-8893.
