To sign up to autopay your utility bill, fill out the Authorization for Automatic Withdrawal Form.
Reminder: A voided check or a copy/picture of a voided check is required.
There are two ways to submit your autopay form:
Drop off the form and the voided check at City Hall, 224 W. Buffalo St. New Buffalo, MI 49117
Online from the website, by going to the Water Department Form Submission Page. Fill in the required fields, attach your Authorization for Automatic Withdrawal form and a copy/picture of a voided check and click Submit.
City engineers, ABONMARCHE, have generated a Comprehensive Asset Management Plan & Capitol Improvement Plan of the city roadway, sanitary, storm, and water utilities. The plan was presented at a public workshop on November 20th to the city council members and the public. The plan is a working document and subject to change.
The Leaf and Branch Policy has been updated as of September 2025. There will be no collection the week of Thanksgiving. This is weather dependent and may end earlier; however, collection will not extend beyond the second week in December.
A new system has been implemented for customers to pay city invoices online. Invoices may be paid electronically or over the phone by calling, 269-367-8893.
