PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Review will meet to examine and review the 2022 assessment roll. The board will convene on the following dates for the hearing of appeals of assessments or taxable values, property exemptions and/or parcel classification appeals:
Tuesday, March 8, 2022, 10:30 am Organizational Meeting Only
Monday, March 21, 2022, 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm Open Hearings
Wednesday, March 23, 2022, 9:00 am to 3:00 pm Open Hearings
Tentative ratios and estimated multipliers for 2022 are as follows:
Agricultural No Class
Commercial 30.07% 1.6628
Industrial 40.84% 1.2243
Residential 49.35% 1.0132
