NOTICE OF SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING
In accordance with the Michigan Open Meetings Act, Public Act 267 of 1976, MCL 15.261, et. seq., a Special City Council meeting has been scheduled for Monday, December 4, 2023 at 5:00 PM*.
The purpose of this meeting is to hold second readings on the following:
- Amendment to Downtown Development Plan and Tax Increment Financing Plan of the City of New Buffalo’s Downtown Development Authority.
- Ordinance to Repeal Article 13 of Chapter 2 of the Code of Ordinances and to Amend Article I of Chapter 7, and Article II of Chapter 14.
* This is an in-person meeting only with no virtual participation available. The public is welcome to attend the meeting in the City Council chambers located at 224 W. Buffalo Street, New Buffalo, MI 49117
