NOTICE OF SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING
In accordance with the Michigan Open Meetings Act, Public Act 267 of 1976, MCL 15.261, et. seq., a Special City Council meeting has been scheduled for Monday, February 26, 2024 at 4:30 PM*.
The purpose of this meeting are the following topics:
- Recognition of Non-Profit Status for Charitable Gaming License
- Oselka Park Softball Field Lease Agreement with the New Buffalo Area Recreation Authority (NBARA)
* This is an in-person meeting only with no virtual participation available. The public is welcome to attend the meeting in the City Council chambers located at 224 W. Buffalo Street, New Buffalo, MI 49117
