SPECIAL MEETING
In accordance with the Michigan Open Meetings Act, Public Act 267 of 1976, MCL 15.261, et. seq., the Downtown Development Authority will hold a Special Meeting on Friday, December 19, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. at New Buffalo City Hall, 224 W. Buffalo Street, New Buffalo, MI 49117.
The purpose of the Special Meeting is to amend the Downtown Development Authority’s Tax Increment Finance Plan (TIF) and Development Plan.
