DOWNTOWN DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY

SPECIAL MEETING

In accordance with the Michigan Open Meetings Act, Public Act 267 of 1976, MCL 15.261, et. seq., the Downtown Development Authority will hold a Special Meeting on Friday, July 12^th, 2024 at 9:00 a.m. at New Buffalo City Hall, 224 W. Buffalo Street, New Buffalo, MI 49117.

The purpose of the Special Meeting is:

To Review and finalize TIF Financing Plan
Update of the DDA Workshop with MEDC representative Sarah Snoeyink
Update on NBBA
Discussion on traffic flow and parking from holiday week/weekends
