NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND SPECIAL PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING

In accordance with the Michigan Open Meetings Act, Public Act 267 of 1976, MCL 15.261, et. seq., the City of New Buffalo Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing at a Special Meeting on Wednesday, May 15, 2024 at 5:00 p.m. at New Buffalo City Hall, 224 W. Buffalo Street, New Buffalo, MI 49117.

The purpose of the Special Meeting and Public Hearing is a site plan review and special use permit amendment request by Maria Cleveland, owner of 3 W. Merchant Street, New Buffalo, MI 49117. The applicant requests a site plan review and special use permit amendment for restaurant outdoor seating area. The zoning district is CBD “Central Business District.”
