NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
In accordance with the Michigan Open Meetings Act, Public Act 267 of 1976, MCL 15.261, et. seq., the Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at the regular scheduled Planning Commission meeting on Tuesday, December 2, 2025, at 5:30 PM.*
The purpose of the public hearing is for the following:
- Cornerstone Pro Real Estate, LLC, owner of 7 E Clay St, New Buffalo MI 49117. The applicant requests a special use permit for 7 E Clay St for a multi-tenant monument sign containing an electronic billboard, per the City’s zoning ordinance section 6-07(G).
The file for the public hearing is available for viewing at New Buffalo City Hall, 224 W Buffalo St, New Buffalo, MI 49117.
Written comments can be submitted to the Clerk’s office prior to the meeting to the addresses listed below.
*This is an in-person meeting only and there will be no video participation options. The public is welcome to attend the meeting at 224 W. Buffalo Street, New Buffalo, MI 49117.
