NOTICE OF SPECIAL PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING

In accordance with the Michigan Open Meetings Act, Public Act 267 of 1976, MCL 15.261, et. seq., the City of New Buffalo Planning Commission will hold a Special Meeting on Tuesday, April 15, 2025 at 4:30 p.m. at New Buffalo City Hall, 224 W. Buffalo Street, New Buffalo, MI 49117.

The purpose of the Special Meeting is to hold four (4) public hearings for the following:

Vacating of a portion of South Kenzie (East Clay to the railroad right of way)
Vacating of a portion of South Griffith (East Clay to the railroad right of way)
Vacating of a portion of Rose Street (East Clay to the railroad right of way)
Vacating of a portion of Ontario Street (East Clay to the railroad right of way)

Additionally, the Planning Commission will hold a Master Plan Workshop.
