NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND SPECIAL ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS MEETING
In accordance with the Michigan Open Meetings Act, Public Act 267 of 1976, MCL 15.261, et. seq., the Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing at a special meeting on Thursday, June 26, 2025, at 5:00 PM*
The purpose of this meeting is to for a variance request by the owner listed below:
- Farley Real Estate, INC owner of 230 E Buffalo St, New Buffalo, MI 49117. The applicant requests a use variance approval for 230 E Buffalo from business use to residential use, in accordance with article 3-04 of the City’s zoning ordinance.
Zoning District: GCD (General Commercial District)
