NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND SPECIAL ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS MEETING
In accordance with the Michigan Open Meetings Act, Public Act 267 of 1976, MCL 15.261, et. seq., the Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing at a special meeting on Thursday, July 20, 2023, at 5:00 PM*.
The purpose of this meeting is for variance requests by the owners listed below:
- Thomas G. Prenta, owner of 142 S. Whittaker, New Buffalo, MI 49117. The applicant requests a variance for the reduction in the side yard setback requirement.
Zoning District: GCD (General Commercial District)
Said property is located at 142 S. Whittaker Street, New Buffalo, MI 49117. Property Tax Code is 11-62-0340-0390-00-8.
