The New Buffalo Area Recreational Authority was formed as a partnership between the City of New Buffalo, New Buffalo Area Schools and New Buffalo Township. The Authority was established to pursue recreational opportunities which benefited the broader New Buffalo Community. The Board of Directors of the Authority is made up of two (2) appointees from each of the partner organizations and one at-large appointee selected by the six (6) member organization appointees. Applications must be a resident of one of the member organization’s service area.
