Next Election: Special Election - November 4th, 2025

Polls are open 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM

Early Voting Information: There is no early voting for the November 4th, 2025, Special Election. For any election related questions, please email, afidler@cityofnewbuffalomi.gov.

Important Absentee Ballot & In-Person Dates

Voters are still able to receive an absentee ballot.

  • Last day clerks can mail a ballot to a voter is Friday, October 31, 2025, at 4:00 PM
  • Voters can still receive an absentee ballot in person:

- Until Monday, November 3rd at City Hall until 4:00 PM (on that Monday. voters are not allowed to leave the building with the ballot, they will need to vote the ballot and return it)

- City Hall office hours are Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Voters can vote in person on Election Day, Tuesday, November 4, 2025

  • Polls will be open 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM
  • To confirm your polling location, visit mvic.sos.state.mi.us

Absentee ballots can be returned: via mail, drop box at your local clerk's office, returned in person, or tabulated on  Election Day at the voters precinct. 

ALL ABSENTEE BALLOTS MUST BE RECIEVED BY THE CLERK'S OFFICE BY 8:00 PM ON ELECTION DAY
